Let's call it a "soft" opening

There's a lot of work in starting a bar. But with the basics in place and patient friends (and friends of friends), we figure we can serve a few drinks while we're getting settled into place. (Your Webmistress realizes she's not totally keeping to chronological order here. She considers it her prerogative.)
 

We are delighted to welcome Jennifer as our manager and doggone good bartender.	Naturally, the dance floor must be tested.
